It is with great pleasure and pride that I address you as the Headmaster of Muraliganj High School. With over 25 years of dedicated teaching experience, I feel honored to be a part of this esteemed institution. I am humbled to have received the prestigious “ShikshyaRatna” Award, from the Govt of West Bengal which further motivates me to continue striving for excellence in education.In addition to my role as the Headmaster, I also have the privilege of serving as the Master Trainer for the School Leadership Program for Headmasters of State Government Schools. This position allows me to contribute to the growth and development of educational leadership in our state.I am delighted to share that Muraliganj High School has been honored with the esteemed Jamini Roy Puraskar at the State Level. This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional education and holistic development to our students. It is a moment of immense pride for all of us associated with this institution.In the year 2013, our school had the privilege of hosting delegations from various countries, including Germany, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, the Philippines, and the UK, among others. This global recognition is a reflection of the standards of education and the nurturing learning environment we provide at Muraliganj High School. Over the years, our school has witnessed remarkable growth and progress. From a modest beginning with 165 students, we have flourished to accommodate 2340 students, representing diverse backgrounds and aspirations. To ensure the safety and convenience of our students, especially those commuting from far distances, we have introduced a modern school bus service, facilitating their daily commute.Our academic results have consistently been excellent, with our students achieving commendable ranks in the Board Examinations. This success is a testament to the dedication of our talented faculty and the hard work put in by our students. At Muraliganj High School, we firmly believe in holistic development and value education. We place emphasis on nurturing not only academic excellence but also the character and values of our students. To equip them with essential life skills, we provide additional training in spoken English and self-defense techniques through Kudo martial arts.Our school infrastructure is among the best in the education district of Siliguri, comparable to that of private schools. We take immense pride in providing state-of-the-art facilities that create a conducive and stimulating environment for learning and growth.One of our main features and strengths is our dedicated faculty.
